I’ve been managing teams since I was 22 - when I talked my way into my first leadership role and had to learn fast.

Since then, I’ve built and run high-performing teams, turned new or struggling managers into great leaders, fixed messy scaling challenges, and created solid foundations that have stood the test of time.

I’m not a corporate trainer.
